Stretch marks: these are are scars that appear when the skin is
overstretched and the fibers in the middle layer of the skin are broken. They
are mainly seen during pregnancy, bodybuilding, extreme weight gain and
sometimes during puberty. They occur in areas such as buttocks, breasts, arms,
legs and so on. They can be outright annoying because most times they limit the
kind of clothes you can put on. We will all love to wear bikinis, crop tops,
sleeveless and so on, but the presence of these annoying marks won’t let us.
Let us look at how we can limit the appearance of these marks naturally;
RUB EGG WHITE ON THEM
I know this may sound a little bit awkward and disgusting. Well,
we just have to do it. The protein in egg white is said to be good for the
skin, most especially stretch marks. Rub on the marks three times a day for
best results.
THE USE OF POTATOES
Yeah you saw that right. The juices in potatoes are rich in
vitamins and mineral that help restore skin cells. Cut your potatoes into thick
slices and rub on the marks, making sure your slice is juicy. Leave to dry for
a while, and then wash off.
THE USE OF SUGAR
Mix sugar, a little oil and lemon juice, this serves as a
perfect exfoliating agent for the skin and is super great for stretch marks
too. Using white sugar and almond oil for this mixture works best. Leave on for
like 10 minutes and then wash it off.
THE USE OF OLIVE OIL
OH YES!Olive oil is
rich in vitamin E, which is great for the skin. Basically, any oil with a high
concentration of Vitamin E will do.
