President Goodluck Jonathan yesterday paid a condolence visit to the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) building which collapsed. Speaking to newsmen after the inspection, the president said there will be an investigation into the circumstances that led to the collapse of the building which has killed at least 86 people and injured 131 so far, most of them South Africans.
